FLY does not collect your personal data. zeroemdashes has no servers and stores nothing about you. The leaderboard is powered entirely by Google Play Games Services, which is managed by Google under their own privacy policy. Your game progress is stored only on your device.
zeroemdashes is an independent software publisher operated by Bojan Gasparovic, based in Spain. This privacy policy applies to zeroemdashes: FLY for Android.
FLY does not collect any personal data. zeroemdashes operates no servers and holds no database. There are no analytics SDKs, no crash reporters, and no advertising networks in the app.
All data associated with the game lives in one of two places:

The global leaderboard and Hall of Fame in FLY are powered by Google Play Games Services (GPGS). When you sign in to Play Games, Google handles the authentication and stores your display name and scores on their infrastructure. zeroemdashes submits your score to GPGS and reads leaderboard data from it. We do not store or process this data ourselves.
Your Play Games display name is set in your Google account, not within FLY. If you want to change it or delete your leaderboard data, you do so through Google Play Games directly. No request to zeroemdashes is required.

The leaderboard is optional. You can play all 20 levels offline without signing in to Play Games. Your local progress is never affected by your Play Games sign-in status.
FLY is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Since zeroemdashes collects no personal data at all, there is nothing to delete. If you believe a child has used the app and you have concerns, contact bojan@zeroemdashes.com.
To remove your leaderboard entry, use Google Play Games directly:
Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, find zeroemdashes: FLY, and remove access. Or delete your Play Games profile entirely via the Play Games app under Settings → Delete Play Games account and data.
To remove your local game progress, uninstall the app. This deletes all data stored in SharedPreferences on your device.

zeroemdashes processes no personal data and operates no servers, so there is no data held by zeroemdashes to access, correct, or delete. For data held by Google via Play Games Services, exercise your rights directly through Google's privacy tools at myaccount.google.com.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the effective date at the top will be updated. We will not add new data collection without updating this policy first.
