Delete Account

zeroemdashes (Bojan Gasparovic)

Your JUMP account is your Google Play Games profile. It is managed by Google, not by zeroemdashes. To delete it, you revoke access through your Google account or delete your Play Games profile entirely. No request to zeroemdashes is required.

Option 1

Revoke JUMP's access to your Google account

This removes JUMP's ability to read or write your Play Games data without deleting your Play Games profile or affecting any other game.

1Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions
2Find zeroemdashes: JUMP in the list of connected apps
3Tap it and select Remove access

Your leaderboard scores and achievements remain in Google's systems but JUMP can no longer read or update them.

Option 2

Delete your Play Games profile entirely

This deletes your display name, all scores across all leaderboards, and all achievements across every game linked to your Play Games profile.

1Open the Google Play Games app on your device
2Tap your profile picture, then Settings
3Scroll to Delete Play Games account and data and follow the prompts

This action is permanent and affects all games, not just JUMP.

zeroemdashes has no servers and holds no copies of any of this data. Nothing is retained on zeroemdashes's side after deletion.
