I lead AI adoption, with 20 years in tech: developer, then CEO, then VP of Product. Today I build AI systems hands-on, every day.

I spent the last year proving AI adoption from the inside. As VP of Product, I built a Claude-based knowledge base and more than 50 agent workflows that ran in production. Then I left to build on my own: shipped apps and games, a live AI platform, and a teaching practice on how AI adoption really works, not how it is pitched.

I bring the technical depth to guide the build, and the P&L, budget and cross-team experience to tell a CEO where AI investment pays off.
